The TURBO-REFLEX partnership consists of 26 partners from nine different countries, including core representatives of the European Turbine Industry and leading european universities and research institutes.

During close to 32 years of success, ARTTIC developed and demonstrated expertise in the set-up and management of to date 400 large-scale ambitious projects of which 96 were successful under H2020 calls. Based on its long-standing experience in a range of funding programmes across scientific and technological domains, ARTTIC helps clients to move from strategic plans to effective competitive research and development of innovative solutions, resulting in successful applications and businesses. ARTTIC is a company of the PNO Consultants group, the European leader for consultancy in innovation and funding.
ARTTIC is responsible for the daily operational management, supporting the project coordinator and the consortium, to ensure the collaboration is working efficiently, the project is properly monitored, and decisions and actions are prepared and taken according to the project progress. ARTTIC is task leader of the related tasks in work package WP6 "Project Management". Furthermore, ARTTIC supports the consortium with the coordination and practical execution of dissemination and communication tasks (including the production of the appropriate dissemination support material and communication channels, such as the public website), supporting the project's innovation management.
Martin Dietz
More than 10 years experience in project management of small and large projects in Framework Programmes from FP6 Horizon 2020 in different domains. Martin is member of the ARTTIC Management Board, sets up new projects, and coordinates the activities in Germany. Martin holds a PhD (Dr. rer. nat.) degree in Molecular Biology.
Balazs Kern:
Balazs Kern joined ARTTIC as Project Manager in 2015. He supports clients mainly from the Aviation and Energy sector in setting up and executing research and innovation projects addressing European funding programs, such as Horizon 2020 and Clean Sky. Currently, he is member of the FLEXTURBINE project office. Balazs holds a Diploma (equivalent to M.Sc.) in Political Science from the University of Erlangen and a Master in European Business from the ESCP Business School.
Elsa Calmette Cirasuolo:
Elsa Calmette holds a Bsc. with honors in Transport Management and Logistics from the University of Bordeaux 4 (France) and Napier University (Scotland) as well as a Master in Strategic Project Management from Heriot Watt University (Scotland). Before joining ARTTIC, Elsa worked as a Project manager at the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) in Scotland. She currently manages two EU research projects in the field of energy – HyFlexFuel and TURBO-REFLEX.
