Role in the project

AES is a member of the EB and works on the development and validation of:

• The measurement methods for deriving HTC distribution on small scale cooling schemes for real metal parts as well as quantification of surface roughness impact in small scale cooling schemes
• New compressor blow-off design solution geometry (bleed size, position and valve) and CFD assessment of the performance benefit, validated by mean of an experimental campaign
